2022-02-02 06:48:43 +0000 UTCI’m obviously super late to this (I somehow missed this bonus video when it was released), but I just wanted to point out that interestingly, a few years ago Elvira was featured on a Kim Petras track called Turn Off the Light, and it’s very clearly an homage to the Vincent Price voice over in Thriller. So funny to hear she was actually considered for that!

2021-11-08 11:55:11 +0000 UTCI'm wondering if her Weekend Update was cut for time? Most re-broadcast episodes of SNL (if the musical performances remain intact) are about an hour and 5 minutes. They often cut the guest appearance from WU if they need the time. Just a week or two ago Melissa Villaseñor had one cut... at least these days they chuck 'em up on YouTube from the dress rehearsal footage so we don't totally miss out. Thanks for sharing this link! PS: Somehow I didn't realize you were that Matt from The Stranger (I've "only" been here 4.5 years)... hi from a fellow Seattleite and recent patron of yours... waving from the Gayborhood!!
