Added 2018-12-27 19:25:44 +0000 UTCI finished this commission recently for a lovely couple as a Christmas present and I'm really happy with how it turned out! They're riding on a taiyaki, which is a japanese snack that's kinda cake batter on the outside and a sweet filling in the middle (usually red bean). I love drawing taiyaki! They're such a satisfying shape and texture. It's so fun adding all the little highlights at the end :D The water and sparkles turned out pretty good too! (I don't mean to toot my own horn. I just mean I struggled with the water but I'm happy with the result!)
