Black Rubber wins. A strong turnout of weighted votes, the only strong game changer was that it put Nobility over Devi-rock by a few points. Otherwise, everything lined up with the unweighted votes.
Alice is being removed from the polls. I think another modder can easily work on this, but everyone is so busy with life lately.
