This week's freak was suggested by Icky Batty, Spricket Springs, and Brachy Donger. You guys all have a silly first and last name, a sign of impeccable taste and prestige. As evident by this funny lil guy!! HUGE fan of funny bird. That video of one humping someone's head? Iconic. A true freak. I do that lil dance like every day. What a great bird!! Thank you as always for the wonderful suggestions!

2025-03-10 22:00:47 +0000 UTCI love these guys! Fun fact: conservationists working to help the kakapo can tell if it's going to be a breeding year by looking at how much rimu fruit will be ripening. On mast years with lots of rimu fruit, the kakapo will breed.

Every single Kākāpō is tracked and every egg is specially taken care of so they all have a great chance at hatching and growing up!!!!
