Oh yeah I forgot about a few of the details like Kanbaru being lesbian and yeah that bathroom scene was definitely an iconic one 😅 It was the first big return of Shinobu and it's so funny how she went from kind of giving araragi the silent treatment to being super outspoken and playful like she was in Kizu

2020-05-22 06:57:35 +0000 UTCJust to clear something up Oshino left at the end of Bake after Hanekawa got loose as the cat, Shinobu also nearly always refers to people by a description of them since she doesn't learn human names and the kid who filled her head with stories is Oshino (Shinobu is around 500 years old so Oshino is definitely a kid to her). Just a reminder that Kanbaru has already told Araragi that she is a lesbian and into Senjougahara so Araragi having a shot at her is a bit of a stretch. That bathroom scene and conversation with Shinobu is one of my favorite in this season, and is just one of many scenes in this show that make Shinobu best girl and easily my favorite Monogatari character.
