Hello dear patron , thank you very much for your valuable support , I had already written a great text for this release but the joy that I bring at this moment is erased hehehe

first of all I am pleased to bring the inspiration made sims , xico the town from where I was inspired to create this construction set, a portal of rich colors and textures of Mexico.

COLONIAL MEXIC SET:

-22 items / 19 swatches -9 windows -2 doors & 1 Arch

BTW - all the wood texture, the bricks and the mosaics that I use in the whole set are made in subtance designer by me and only by me OK :D

the wood inspired me in the one from EA and now I have it in PBR just like with bricks, I am very happy with this great achievement !!! REALLY VERY HAPPY

I want to read your comments, would you like another set complete with furniture?

Added a new arch and 1 wallpaper and 3 wallpaper recolors and 1 blue color to the windows and doors to this set
