BtS: Using self-induced trance

In this video I talk a little bit about the benefits of self-mesmerization and the basic structure of an induction (or at least, how I do them). Using that, I teach you a simple little sequence to try for yourself (which you can easily customize).

Miss Diana - I am new to your Patreon and playing catch-up here. To comment on the "hypnotic blowback" you describe as a hypnotist, it is a very common suggestion among hypnotists that "You go first," and actually, it really isn't necessary to say it even, because it happens pretty-much spontaneously - when you are guiding someone into a trance state you tend to go into trance yourself. I am a hypnotherapist, and I find that to be true, in general. Not always - sometimes with some of the ways I work, my client will be in a very deep state, processing, and I am sitting there watching them, without knowing how long it is going to take. Whether I am in an altered state or not, it is so nice to simply watch someone experiencing a deep trance, watching their face SO relaxed, watching the eye-flutter if that is happening, and wondering what IS going on in that brain. I also find sometimes that the suggestions I give my clients are also affecting me. Working with people to help them lose weight, I found that my own weight was coming down and my tastes in food were changing. Coincidence, maybe. But I also found, as I started working with clients, that I was becoming a much more calm and relaxed person myself.

So interesting! I would love you to get deeper into the process of self-hypnosis

Your vlog style videos drop me into trance as easily as your other videos Miss Diana. My neurons feel like a well paved road when it comes to the paths your words tend to travel. The threads between your videos are a large part of why your approach is so wonderful to experience Miss Diana. It doesn't feel like you make random trances. It feels like each trigger you have offered to us has been a natural progression from the one before it. Within each year of exploring a given trigger, there is a clear sense of how the experience of a given focus can be different through the lens of that trigger. You're able to repeat the general idea of a video, but a video that uses the flux trigger and instructs edging will feel different than a video that uses contact and instructs edging. The following is speculation and I am very curious about which way your process tends more towards (if either of these two): The sense I get is that you've done a lot of reflection and research to build a robust understanding of minds and trance. It feels like in the progression of each trigger, you are probably personally exploring topics beyond contact and we will see the creative product of that in the years to come. It also feels like you leave space to intuitively poke around at each trigger's potential through the course of the year. What does your creative/reflective process tend towards Miss Diana? Do you find yourself producing content that is a reflection of a more recent version of yourself?
