Miura self-portrait from 1998

It was used to illustrate an interview about the upcoming Dreamcast game (released in 1999) that was published in Dreamcast magazine at the time. It's not a very extensive interview, and it's shared with the producer and director of the game, but it's on our list of things to translate down the line.
Miura did a number of funny self-portraits over the years to go in place of having his picture taken. A practice not uncommon among mangaka. This one was from his bandanna-wearing days (when he was too busy to get his hair cut, as per Mori's recollection).
As a bonus, here's a picture of some autographed drawings that were available for readers of the magazine through a lottery. A rare sight!

Aw man, Reindeer Puck is so great! I wish I could see the others. One looks like Puck popping out of a present. The Miura one resembles an update to the self portrait sketch in the Illustrations File
