2025-07-27 12:22:14 +0000 UTCSaori already knew what a Sea Priestess was, when she challenged Saki to a race back in Tiger Lily 53. But this calls that into question. If she knew what a Priestess was capable of, why would she agree to a dive that is clearly outside her own capabilities? It’s almost like she thought that Saki was all talk, and that they had breathing space inside the shrines. Now her life is pretty solidly in Saki’s hands. And how do the gods feel about a priestess bringing those not blessed by lineage into the actual prayer space? To me, Saori is more of a liability than Tomokazu. At least he’s related to two Priestesses.
