May have tried to provide explanations, e.g. limited UV ray exposure due to little sunshine, abundance of natural hot springs, and low calorie diet, but none is overly convincing.
This is a famous 1978 picture of a woman named Yoko Shibata. She wed a businessman later in her life and spent most of her life in Los Angeles, California.
