2026-02-19 01:14:33 +0000 UTCI get why Jace went. He is still trying to figure who he is and has a lot of ???. I think he was so quick to trust Valentine bc he thinks that is his dad. So I feel for him but I do not like that he trusted Valentine. I love Jace but not his best choice. I am glad he is finally off the boat

2026-02-19 01:13:41 +0000 UTCMaybe this is just me relating Shadowhunters too much to the real world, but the way the different species hate each other reminds me of how marginalized groups can be pushed to turn against one another. It’s like the people in power make you think you have to look down on another oppressed group so you don’t question the system or try to rise above what they expect from you. The easiest way to keep people from uniting is to divide them—convince them that another species is somehow worse or the real problem. That way they’re always fighting each other instead of coming together to challenge the Clave.

2026-02-19 00:59:55 +0000 UTCI am excited for more of this season. It is amazing. Also the reason that Jace could not leave the boat was cause the wards and he would of died if he tried to leave the boat. Valentine said the in Ep 1. I am so excited for more eps
