A bit hard to stipulate what would be considered as risk in terms of radiation exposure, but as you can see here 0.071 μSv/h (or micro-sievert per hour) is pretty at par with other places in the world https://www.env.go.jp/chemi/rhm/h30kisoshiryo/h30kiso-02-05-07.html
