PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING ME (TROUBLESHOOTING)

Problems with connecting to StorJ:
1) Try connecting to the site with a DIFFERENT BROWSER (if you're using Chrome, try Opera, etc.)
2) If you are on mobile, please try connecting on a Desktop computer, as it may be an issue with your device
Problems opening Zip files:
1) If you are on Mobile, please do a Google search for "How to open a zip file on your phone." If that doesn't work, please try to initially use a Desktop to download the files, unzip them, and then upload them to your Cloud (Google Drive, etc.)
2) If you are on Desktop, PLEASE try a different unzipping utility other than the default one built into Windows. For example, 7zip or WINRAR
3) If you are on Mobile, try clearing more memory on your phone
Problems with viewing the videos:
1) Please try to make sure your codexes for your movie player are up to date.
2) If it doesn't work on a specific video utility (VLC, etc.), please try another one (Windows Media Player, etc.)
