My self discipline is slipping…
Added 2023-01-27 13:11:47 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Hope you’re all enjoying your Friday wherever you are. Let me tell you about my Friday night. I WAS supposed to go to the gym tonight. I WAS supposed to film your next workout video. But Subway was going to be closed by the time I finished my workout…so I thought, “hey, I can eat before and just workout after!”…I was lying to myself... after downing 2 foot-longs, I’d lost all motivation. So what does a growing lard-arse do? Goes to the Drive thru for a thick shake and sundae, OF COURSE! Seriously, your all just going to make me huge! 🥵🐷 I can seriously feel my self discipline for gym and and self control for food just slipping away…and I love it 🥵
