Added 2025-07-22 03:31:43 +0000 UTCWell the plan was to release these two as separate strips with the first two panels releasing today, the third and fourth panels would've been tomorrow's page. Instead, because I'm posting late I'm just dumping 'em both here together as a single strip. I think for the next several strips I'll pair 'em together to make 4-panel page drops every other day rather than the 2-panel pages I was gonna do daily. Same amount of content, just bundled together. That work for y'all?
Hope y'all don't mind all the talky talky. I'm doing my best to keep it brisk and visually interesting so it doesn't just become talking heads. But don't worry. It's about to get very DBZ up in here. See y'all the day after tomorrow with a new one! Love y'all~!

Certainly seems like those two are both looking extremely rough now, all thanks to the side-effects of some experimental gear which the Association had been developing, with them not caring too much about just what it's potentially been doing to their bodies and minds, so long as they can now get some payback for everything which Evita had done? It really makes you wonder: did certain elements of the Association (not the part that Nora's a member of though, or it's been kept classified above even the security clearance level that those of her rank have premission to access freely, even though you'd think that a Phantom should have the maximum clearance which is possible in the Association) actually know just who or what Blackstone truly was (along with them also knowing about Xor's influence way before anyone else did) and these people had still secretly aided those two in various ways, all in order to get access to advanced sigils and/or equipment (all dating from when Atlantis was still the only major global power in the world), which they could then use to help further their own goals and influence; while slowly relasing some items to the general public, once they had learnt all which they needed to know and how to counter these things if necessary. Of course, all of these more experimental items were only able to work properly while Xor's influcence and soul had still been scattered all across the globe! However, now that his soul has been pulled fully back together and placed into a new body, everything which had been using his power have all been rendered almost totally useless... Wonder what else may not be working properly now and if that will cause some issues for the planned rescue mission? Both Gunther and Evita were able to sense what was off with these items, but a part of them couldn't (or didn't want to) believe this was true, given just how many problems Xor'd caused. Speaking of Xor though, it looks and feels like he's just about to make his big entrance here!

2025-07-23 21:16:36 +0000 UTCI just got very confused, when did they take off their helmets? Apparently I never saw 1260 until I went back through the post archives. I need to pay more attention to the story.
