Soo... I wasn't going to give "Neyra" anthour look for alittlw while, insted make some new looks for other dolls "which im still doing, will have some posts about that soon".
but a freind suggested this for "Neyra" and... I think it would be hella cute.
so what kinda hoe's should we have her in?

From personal experience with navy, if you wanted to go with a little more authentic look for D, try making the stockings the same blue as the collar/skirt
