What to do with "Amelia"

Ok Dolly's.
So i've been debating what to do with our new nurse for awhile now, with regards to her situation at the dollhouse.
does she keep fighting and hating being a doll?
or
does she move on and accept her new life?
In my mind I see her "accepting" her new station in life, and just doing her best to make what she can, and get on with her job now.
maybe not liking being a doll, but not trying to fight it anymore and just helping newer dolls,
a very kind and caring doll etc?
just wanted to see what you dolls think about this?
