Yes, it's intentional that the villain here is acting strange and inhuman. And I probably will get around to offering an explanation why he(?) is doing all of this. But beyond that, I never have anyone get completely naked in Valk Squad stories. And there may eventually be an "in universe" reason for that as well.

I get the whole collector thing...but should not the lands these beauties protected become vulnerable? What about some research to transfer their abilities into more deserving males? And of course no physical pleasures? (For the collector I mean)
