Fun fact, but really miserable fact. Caffeine is actually not good while you’re on your period, it said to cause the blood vessels in your body to restrict blood flow to the rest of your body during that time of the month. it’s also said to increase bloating and worsen of the cramps. Do what you wish with said info. (but seriously thanks for this audio.<3) it’s really comforting.
