Why did Sarah "accidentally" book only one room for the two of you? Why did they put on different flights so you won't accidentally find out too early about the shared bed? It's so obvious that the two of you have a huge crush each other - even the IT guys have noticed it! So, plans were made, things were put in motion... There were some disagreements beforehand on duration of the trip and size of the bed, but Jessica from marketing convinced everyone with a well-made PowerPoint that two nights in a king-sized bed are most likely to yield the desirable outcome. By the way, the surprise champagne breakfast delivered tomorrow morning to your room has nothing to do with you being the millionth customer - it was Bob from sales who had the idea. You're welcome.
