Monument World Interactions Default Remplacement

Although undeniably beautiful, the city of Ciudad Enamorada is also undeniably empty of GamePlay.
The gameplay is limited to seeing monuments and not changing anything from our habits prior to the expansion. Bar, Nightclub, etc.
This little mod will allow you to make monuments more interactive in the city of Ciudad Enamorada but also in other worlds on objects that would use the same tuning.
