So speaking of open tuning, I have been spinning the crap out of Nick Drake songs with my headphones here at work since it's been 50 years this week (unbelievably) since his tragic death. I was a little late logging on the the Secret Hollow show so had to listen to Eyes in the Woods on the rewind... What an absolute GEM of a song! With all the Drake songs I have been listening to, your new, wonderful, finger-picked guitar composition fit right in with my jam on the Drake catalog. Absolutely luv it - kudos! P.S. I don't get the "purist" mentality about using open tunings or capos either. Many great songwriters have embraced both, as they should.
