Studio Update!

It feels so good to be back home and in the studio. I spent an entire day testing mic positions and combinations on different instruments and I thought I’d take a video and give y’all an update.
There’s a lot of time consuming, not especially glamorous work that goes into recording, so please pardon my athletic shorts!… It was a toasty day.

Lesson one: live gigs aren't as simple to record as one might think, especially when servers decide to walk between the camera and musician while complaining about how crowded it all is. Your studio looks like quite the set-up. I look forward to seeing what comes from all of it. Yes, video clips like this are fun and provide insight. Cute shorts! Have fun! See ya!
