technical patreon issues
Added 2023-08-04 03:35:12 +0000 UTCIt's been 2 days I'm having payout issues with Patreon, I'm a bit sad cause the last month were the most huge declines my Patreon ever had, it took 12% of my creator's share! The biggest ever! 💔
I was wondering the reason why would people decline their pledge cause I do my best to bring best quality exclusive content... 😭😭 I thought patrons must be satisfied and happy... but a lot of payments were declined or failed, that's why I've got less support than in previous months (comparing with all the fees, declines and payment cancellations) even though last month I tried so hard to keep updates and create new art 😔
Well, then this morning I received this email from Patreon and turns out that it was mainly a technical problem from Patreon's side and I'd like to share a screenshot here:

So it's a problem with banks + patreon 😭😭😭😭
That means, if you still would like to support me, retry that card please or try a different method 🙏
You can also contact Patreon here https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new as a patron and ask why your payment didn't go through 🙌 I'm sure a lot of people here would be happy to know I've got their support and I'd be really thankful for it ❤️
Other than that I'm alright guys, I've just caught cold a few days prior, I have a slight fever with throat ache, I'm trying to treat it with some traditional stuff like ginger tea and honey and I'm taking meds as well.
Getting under the rain and having wet hair under the wind is not a good thing... I thought summer hot weather wouldn't affect me, oh. So guys take care and don't get sick, health is everything 💜

I was your Patreon and switch to pay yearly but for some reason I couldn’t see your posts. Nothing. I had to switch back to monthly to be able to see anything, the thing is Patreon charge my account twice, yearly and monthly. I submit the complaint to PayPal and Patreon, let’s see what happens

2023-08-07 17:08:33 +0000 UTCI think I should make a post about it for new patrons and remind them when the payout starts... cause a lot of people have no idea how the site works and on both ends they lose acess to my art and I lose acess to their support. I mean I don't get a penny from those declines at all 😭💔 I was a little discouraged when I saw the numbers... they show incorrectly on my creator analytics earnings as well, plus my payouts were failed and frozen for a week. The bug was fixed just today, but I'm still awaiting patreon's support response. Hopefully it'll be fixed and I'll get my support 🥹 Thank you for your kind words and compliments, I believe kindness is truly healing, and yes I feel better today 🥺 a lot of hugs back 🫂❤️🩹

Я чувствую как будто меня ограбил Патреон 😭😭😭 Стараюсь больше чем раньше а получаю с каждым разом меньше это так обидно что руки опускаются 💔
