There’s also so many sentences, phrases and singular words/names in the database they provide (like over hundreds maybe even up to a thousand) that you could make an entire mission with cutscenes, win/lose conditions and endings, etc…

You can also complete a match under certain circumstances like killing frieza without the spirt bomb during the first fight on namek in the goku route. There’s also the custom battles mode where people can make and share thier own battle scenarios with custom made cutscenes and everything like that video you saw.
