System Update - pages 29-32- ENGLISH
Added 2025-09-03 16:00:10 +0000 UTCStory time: at one of my last jobs I had a colleague I chatted with a lot. She told me about her hobbies, new recipes, her friends and her daughters. I told her about my girlfriend, dates we went on, when I cooked for her, brought her flowers or planned vacations together. She was really sweet and never weird about the topic.
Half a year in she asked me why I never talked about boys and if I didn't want to have a boyfriend. I was so confused - was she a poly ally? And then it hit me... the damn German confusion with "girlfriend" and "female friend". And I told her "My girldfriend. Who I love and sleep with. My partner."
Well, after that our relationship changed and she grew cold towards me. No more chatting about private matters. I though I was super clear but since then I am making a point to explicitely call the people I am in a relationship with my partners to erase any doubt. Lesson learnt.

Haha we're getting a son and cat reveal before an actual Theo reveal! Poor Zockl doesn't know what's going through Flix' head. He only sees he's glued to his phone all the time.

My ex girlfriend wasn't out at work and finally decided that she wanted to change that. But she was too scared to tell people so instead she wanted to let them know by showing them. She took me to a work event and since we wanted people to know we were a couple we acted extremely couple-y. Like... We held hands on top of the table, touched constantly, I kissed her cheek,... After a couple of hours of seeing us being aggressively gay one of her coworkers asked us: "so, I didn't catch what your relation to each other is. Are you siblings or just friends?"
