[RPO] Fixes - Important

Just notifying of More fixes for latent patch-related stuff and other issues caused by solving previous patch issues (the joys of coding!), because one is pretty major.
RPO CORE SCRIPT FILE UPDATE:
- fixed newborns vanishing if custody set to them is the household of start
- fixed the M19 custom woohoo actions creation menu again
Also RPO M8 updated to match script changes mentioned above
Hopefully, I'll have fun-ner news ready soon. I'm hanging in there, hoping for a good two months without serious EA patches!

Hi, first do a scan on Mod Hound, and if it finds no problem, to help you further diagnose your issue we'd need to see some screenshots and logs on the discord

2025-04-09 16:08:02 +0000 UTChi lumpinou, i had some concerns about the rpo mod! it gives me the infinite loading screen and i'm not sure what it is that's causing that issue but once i remove the mod i don't have the infinite loading screen anymore. i have the updated version of rpo and do not have any other pregnancy mods that would conflict with it.

Can't even begin to imagine how annoying it must be to keep track of all the TS4 patches😑 thanks for keeping the modhound a place where we can track all the updates. Love your work, keep it up.
