[Law&Disorder] Another 'Work in Progress' preview

Hello everyone and thank you so much for being here!

Just a quick post about some further developments to Law & Disorder since last time.

DISCLAIMER: I don’t want to equate the features of this mod to the real life stuff, and this mod is not either any sort of attempt at making a representation thereof.
This is for a GAME that is a life simulation, has a "Criminal" career, etc. I do NOT approve of any of this in real life, nor am I advertising it. Respect the law, respect others, do not cause harm! :)

If you recall, we had discussed last time that some Sim misdeeds count as 'Capital' and others count as 'Non-Capital'. (If you don't recall, check the link provided above)

For the post of today, we'll discuss one type of sentence for major misdeeds, which didn't get description last time since it wasn't advanced enough then: 'facility lock-up' aka imprisonment / jail time.

I would rather not use the word 'jail' in the mod as overall the goal has been to avoid 1:1 matching real word terms, But for now for lack of a better term, that is the word which has been used so far until something else comes.

 1. The Sim locked up

• is not removed from your household, but is not there / not available to play

  • 

  • 

• can't queue up interactions with other sims or objects

• does not receive any and cannot make any phone calls (EXCEPT facility approved calls to and from certain people, allowed 1 call every 2 days)

• gets occasional moodlets about their life in lock-up (not made yet) and adventure moments (not made yet)

2. Other Sims (loved ones)

• can call the incarcerated sim once every two day - resulting in different speech notifications

      • don't mind the broken icons, that'll be fixed.

• can visit the incarcerated sim once every 2 day - resulting in a few possible moodlets (rabbit hole, I'm working on trying in person for EP01 owners but so far no success)

      • The Jailed sim will also have matching moodlets.

• can tell others about a loved one in jail - several possible reactions

• can special-argue with sim who reported loved one to authorities

Progress hasn't been the greatest lately; holidays, winter sickness, and still working through backlog of last year's computer-disaster months (catching up on bug reports etc however has had good results and various fixes made thankfully, and getting through mod backlog has gotten us some recent releases)... 

Things get done one at a time, one after the other, and we'll get there. Only getting closer as we go :)
