Re: the corrosion on the prop anodes. Should’t engine blocks (grounds) be bonded to each other no matter what? Otherwise any voltage potential difference between systems would take the path of least resistance through props/water. It’s like the old experiment driving two ground rods into the earth a few feet apart and seeing enough voltage potential to register on a meter and even sometimes with enough current to glow a small light. Also, I know Acorn to Arabella was having an anode wear issue with their single engine wooden boat that ended up being related to the advanced (carbon?) packing material they had originally used on their prop shaft, and they went back to the plain old (cotton?) packing.
