Flash's Notes:
Reggie was one of my earlier manga crushes as a kid. That said unlike Seika she's a lot harder to make a story for without using manga lore as she's a fairly important character with a lot of ridiculous stuff going on. So I basically went off script for her and created my own version with none of the manga lore and instead she's just a sort of bitchy American student. She plays a Fairy-type Angel deck which is why I slip words like angel and blessed into the dialogue.
