I'm liking the Extra Intel series. It provides an additional layer outside of the interview questions, life story, and professional expertise surrounding main topics of discussion. One of the greatest things about SRS is indulging in curiosity, which I really appreciate. Shit, some of the guests have conflicting opinions, and that is okay. Hoping to see more of the Extra Intel. Maybe you guys can even add additional Patreon questions in this portion.

I've seen him on another show a year or so ago think diary of a ceo or something. Think he was in life assurance or insurance. He reckoned they could tell from some questions what year, month even day people would die. Then presume he had crisis of conscious saying he realised that people weren't just number's and wanted do help people. It was interesting. The grounding, some salt Bahrain probably spelt wrong or celtic salt, and a certain type of water. Also something along the lines of foliate for example wouldn't be absorbed but methly foliate would be absorbed. So tweaking various minerals etc helped. D3 is a big 1 the body has so many receptors for that. I knew someone who would have to take roughly 3 bad chest infections a year requiring antibiotics and steroids. A year taking d3 they didn't have 1 chest infection for as long as they could remember. Over covid they uped the dose as did I and no Covid. The sunscreen is a mad 1, a bit like talc. As a child I remember given chance would empty it over myself, but was used normally it's carcinogenic, then sun cream which now when think about it i used to never burn until started using it. A lot of interesting stuff he comes off with

I heard to stop wearing shades and the eyes [do something with the sunlight] help stop the burning of the skin. Sounds weird, but the eyes help produce [something] that helps. Maybe it was this guy. 🤔 #BrainFog ADD: I've never tried it to see if it reduces burning. One practical thing is trying to stay out of the midday sun, if possible. Getting a good tan helps.

The sunscreen thing… that’s a hard one because I get burnt in the shade!!! I grew up getting blisters all summer! It SUCKS getting sunburned and the only thing that works is one with the chemicals! At least for me!

I grew up actually being scared of the sun and being told to always apply sunscreen because my grandma had skin cancer, and when he said “I shouldn’t apply it to my skin if I wouldn’t eat it” hit hard because my parents would always put on a huge amount of sunscreen on me when I would be outside doing kid stuff 💀 thankfully I now know this and won’t do the same with my son 🙌🏻

By listening to and applying the things Gary talks about, I have come off 5 prescriptions and have felt better than I thought I could at my age. Back to the basics for real. Sun light, grounding and breathing… never thought I’d be this person and here I am with grounding sheets and a hydrogen water bottle and still not taking all those meds from a year ago. Thank you Gary! Can’t wait to hear the rest. Thanks Shawn for bringing him on!
