Leaders will lead no matter their rank, position or title. YOUR individual effort will be reflected in your competency and your reputation/influence will grow accordingly. People are drawn to those who they feel are doing the right things for the right reasons and who has their back. As a leader if you take care of your people, your people will take care of their tasks.
