Read Genesis 15 - It’s about the covenant God made with Abraham (Abram) Then read Genesis 16 and 17 - It describes how Abraham came to have two sons. (The covenant God made with Abraham didn’t happen right away so they decided to “help God out” because their promise from God wasn’t happening - they should have trusted God. One from his wife’s maidservant, Hagar who was not a Hebrew, Israeli. The son was named Ishmael. Then Sarah conceived and had a son which was the covenant God made with Abraham, to make his descendants an everlasting covenant and He would multiply Abraham’s descendants exceedingly. This is why there has been so much bad blood between the Israeli’s and their neighbors.

The original story apparently involved a guy hit in the head with a football on a college campus, he went unconscious for 30 or so minutes and woke up in an ambulance believing he had lived 10 years and had a family and children and asked where they were. The guy was living this "life" when he noticed a lamp in the room not acting within the laws of physics and it lead to him waking up in the ambulance. Anyone else heard of this story before?
