@SRS Probably 3rd time listening to this one. Did he send you the video of Joe remote viewing on mars?

Zac

He is so intelligent he has a hard time conversing. Well put some thought out there. SRS Thanks for bringing him on.

Interesting. Have heard other RV,s and their information has been totally wrong. Dulce NM is the place where there is supposed to be a base. ???

Shawn, I don’t know how you got through this interview. It was very difficult to follow and listen to. Didn’t get much out of it - I didn’t listen to the remaining 35 minutes - it was so abstract and nonsensical. Thank you for doing the work you’re doing. It’s truly remarkable. Try to share it with others as often as I can.

I would comment that I find the "no time and space" concept incomplete. All written and spoken history uses time and space as how to identify ones self and its place in the universe, this isnt a taught concept. If truly this (no time space) is how the universe operates then something/someone is directing or manipulating our existence as it follows a guided path. We didnt invent computers then discover fire, then discover gravity, electricity, then learn languages. We learn from the past, it is a tangible thing. Perhaps it is unecessary for other life forms, although we are welded to it for life.

So much going on in this intervew not the least Skips, memory issues, reluctance to speak directly to a subject, perhaps fear, and much more. I cant ignore his unique upbringing with parents that are special ? At times it was as though he was describing his life as though it was someone else, describing himself as Skip not "me" or "I". I dont mean to demean him, he is oviously a man of great knowledge and insight which can lead to personalities that come across as odd or different. He seems to be conflicted with his knowledge and struggles to undersand what he acknowleges to be reality but cant quite make the puzzle pieces fit together ( myself included) My gut tells me that this knowlege that he and his peers know and investigate is not something to be triffled with or perhaps pursue. In a different perspective Id relate it to the God telling Adam/Eve to not eat from the tree of knowledge.

While time as we perceive it might be subjective or emergent, astronomical observations provide overwhelming evidence that “something” akin to time governs the universe’s dynamics. Whether this is a fundamental dimension or a byproduct of other phenomena remains an open question, but from the perspective of practical science, time’s existence is critical for explaining and understanding cosmic events.

Atwater is difficult to follow... I sense that his memory is failing, he is worried about saying something that may bring repercussions or both...
