There is lots of good that comes from the religious perspective even if slightly different from our own flavor of Christianity. God is great, and Jesus Christ is our redeemer, I think these things we all can agree on and rally around!

I wish there were more Protestant pastors who would lead the way in that. These days there are too many pastors who are people pleasers instead of pleasing God.

2024-11-10 03:34:02 +0000 UTCI’m glad Shawn brought this wonderful man for an interview. As a former Catholic (yet Faithful Christian) I see both sides of the comments, impartially. As a Priest he is taught the Rites and ways of Catholicism (Theory of Purgatory, for instance) so don’t place blame on him, this is the only thing he was taught. The fact remains, he is a Christian and a Believer in the existence of Jesus our Savior, as well as the Holy Spirit. I for one, never pray to Saints. I pray to God, in the name of Jesus. The purpose of the interview was to gain knowledge of Demons, the influence of Lucifer and the experiences he’s had with Exorcism. I feel this mission of the interview was accomplished and I enjoyed it thoroughly, regardless of my leaving the Catholic religion in favor of attending a pure Biblical-based non-denominational Church.

2024-11-06 18:51:52 +0000 UTCTotally crazy…… been finding my way back to god even though I was raised Christian. A lot has to do with things I’ve heard on this podcast and others like it. At around the 2:35:00 mark he talks about technology glitching out. The exact thing happened to me multiple times while listening to this interview. Hmm I guess I am on the right path back to God.
