I wonder if JJK has become more popular since last time thanks to the new season of the anime?
The idea here if you don't understand is that Nobara is trying to use her voodoo powers to make herself more beautiful/glamorous with a fashion magazine. But some of Yuuji's hair got mixed in with hers and the curse targeted him instead.
