When we are out there in are own pain and suffering we think to our selves that we are the only ones affected with trauma or addiction. But when we walk threw the doors of rehab we share are experience strenth and hope, we find that we are one of many. To all who served in the military, thank you for your sacrafice, honor and dedication. In your healing you will find that it will be service that will set you free.

You're welcome Dave!

"You are in Special Forces now, we take care of eachother." I started out as an 18X and didn't realize how far I felt from the dude I saw in my mind. It didn't seem achievable in the time frame of a Special forces candidate. Since then trauma from my childhood, my first marriage and other moments started coming to the surface. As the years went on the Image of Alec the Green Beret kept changing. He wasn't angry anymore. He wasn't sad anymore. I had a little mental break down once at a hotel, there was a retired Army Connell there. He asked "Were you a Green Beret?" No.....I was just an Infantryman, I never saw combat. About an hour later he asked "Have you ever been diagnosed with Autism?" ......nope. Nothing is over! You just don't turn it off! -Rambo

Listening now while I work. Love to hear the stories of so many amazing individuals, especially the military interviews. Those men are amazing! My son joined the Marines, his lifelong dream, right as covid struck. He told them if they mandated the covid shot, he would not proceed. 2 months before he was supposed to leave for boot camp, the shot was mandated..ruining his entire dream & career choice. I am grateful he stood tall for what he believes in though. Sad part is, he's now almost 22 and stuck in life, not knowing what else to do for a career since his only interest has been to be a Marine. Thank you for another great interview.

Nicole Larosa

Wow thank you for this one also

I never frown on someone trying or is sober. Even when I wasn’t sober myself.

Happy Friday everyone.
