I would highly recommend Ben van Kerkwyk, Australian fellow from the youtube channel UnchartedX! (lives in the US) He goes deep into building methods, signs of ancient machinery, ancient precision, tool marks/cutting marks, etc etc. He's been to Egypt many times, has some of the best footage of the ancient wonders. Tons of knowledge in that big head of his. (he's also friends with Randall Carlson, they've worked together a lot. Surprised he didn't mention him)
