Hello Everyone,

I was in an interview today and did not see that you all were unable to access Chad's episode for the past 7 hours plus. We are in contact with Patreon to fix the issue and have had multiple problems uploading our lengthy content as of lately. We are able to play the video on desktop/laptop but not on the mobile phone for whatever reason. It is unfortunate that we are at the mercy of the patreon platform and there is nothing we can do outside of asking them for support. We will look into going back to the old model of releasing on vimeo and sharing the link here on patreon. I see that there are a few of you so unhappy with the experience that you are unsubcribing, as frustrating as that is to see I can not say I blame you and I apologize for the unsatisfying experience.

Please understand we are not a tech company, we are a small business doing the best of our abilities. If you are disastified please send in a direct message and I will refund you for the month.

For everyone else, I sincerely thank you for your patience and I will do my best to deliver a better experience next week.
