The final bark of the third arc is here! Listen to the Fort Cutler crew's final discussion as they talk their journey overall, what the future holds for Fraeya and whether or not Grib and Rufus' friendship will hold strong!
No one mentions locate object or locate animals ? I have to read the language a bit more but can't he tell that freya is moving?

(Psst jacob might have his non-following mentions turned off and this is why he didn’t see the bagels 😘)

This has been a fantastic arc! I don’t think I heard who will be joining Victoria in the next arc. Did Zac mention that?

This third arc really felt like the point where the podcast came into its own. The chemistry between Grib, Rufus, and Freaya was amazing from the beginning, and only grew as the story progressed. I'm so excited to see what happens next.

This arc has been truly amazing. The chemistry between Jacob, Devon, and Victoria is truly a delight, and Zach’s DMing style really gives the characters so much to work with. And Holy smokes, what an ending! Sad to see Rufus and Grib go, but so excited to get to hear more from the amazing Victoria Longwell. Thanks so much for all the great content.

I've got to say, I think this is the strongest arc ending so far, and for precisely the reasons you were hoping. As fun as the first two arcs were, they ended in such a way that they could be complete stories, whereas this one has enough open ends that when we inevitably return to them the excitement will have built up.
For example, I can't wait to see Astrid and BrendaElizabeth again, but only because I really enjoy them as characters. I don't know what they're up to now, and so they feel a little like they're in stasis.
Whereas with Grib, I'm looking forward to his future arc (whenever it may be) because of the dangling plot threads of his people, and discovering Fraeya's survival. With Rufus, I know he's going to be looking for his uncle, confronting his dad about his mum, and reassessing his position back home.
By not giving the departing characters closure - in particular with not getting to say goodbye to Fraeya - it really makes those bits of the world feel like they're continuing on, even when we're not present to witness it. It turns it from a bunch of closed short stories, to an epic fantasy tale, which, from how you've described it, is exactly what you were trying to do with the podcast, and will only get better with more arcs and more characters filling out the world.
(Also, is the next arc underground? So cool.)
