Actus non Verbus. he didn't observe anything, he immediately drew from his own supply. he was desperately trying to create something uncommon. AS far as I am concerned, this Tim guy is guilty of BREACH OF TRUST, PERFIDY, and BREACH OF CHIVALRY. Unless of course, Tim is the one standing in the elevators with the demons.
