- Add ability to specify UDP address instead of only sending to localhost, this makes it actually usable with devices like ESP32

- Add support for "pelvis" and "hips" female target point that overshoot actual scene motion to improve behavior on scenes with bad physics
- Add smoothing after and during scene change, the plugin needs to be loaded as a session plugin for this to work
- Fix default vam config handling, full config will now be saved/loaded when saving/loading a scene, scene preset or session preset
- Update to TCode v0.3
