Update 0.908
Added 2020-09-29 05:49:20 +0000 UTCHere is Cho’s second update, along with a bonus story for the bookshelf! The former introduces his petplay scenario with a full vore scene. I’ll be writing a few more scenes for Cho (see the notes below), and then I’ll be resuming the Pizza Smut content. I’m also trying to formulate a Halloween-themed update but no promises there.
Additionally, a big feature comes with this update: sound! See below for more details, but the short of it is that this is currently limited to Cho. However, I will be slowly adding sound to all the scenes in Delectable, as well as more kinds of sounds. While I did some mixing, these sounds are courtesy of Jit and Phirae!
Here are the patch notes for this update:
- The first of Cho’s new scenes is done! Complete his initial vore scene to unlock this. By accepting his offer to be his (whether under the title of food or pet), he’ll take you back to his room and engage you in his first petplay scene, which is oral vore. When you reform, there will be nothing to do, but the next few updates will be adding new content for you to play with as Cho’s new pet! This will include anal vore, cock vore, and one or two more oral vore scenes. That’s all I have planned, but this area is being designed so that it can be expanded in the future if I feel like adding more stuff.
- Three new cheat codes! They have been added to the cheat list and are marked.
- One will skip Cho’s first scene so that you can initiate his pet-play content when you speak to him.
- Another will reset Cho to his original state so that you can replay his first scene.
- The third will make you a pizza delivery person at Pizza Smut without having to go through the intro.
- A new story has been added to the Bookshelf in Your Living Room: King Leater! This one is about a college theater club that is rehearsing a play, but things keep going wrong. The lead, a tasty fox, is eaten by his froggy classmate in the final act. Even though it was supposed to only be for the show, let’s just say that accidents do happen.
- A Sound System has been added to Your Living Room. This is my first time playing with sounds in Quest, so there may be some growing pains. If you run into issues, please let me know!
- Using this object will allow you to enable or disable all sounds.
- If belches are enabled, you can turn belch sounds on or off.
- This object allows you to test sounds to make sure they work for you.
- Only gulps, belches, and belly BGM’s are implemented. I plan to add more sounds in the future, like mouth BGM’s and nomfs.
- For now, sounds only work in Cho’s scenes. Sound will be implemented for more scenes over the next few updates, but this will take some time!
- The sound files have been added to the $10 tier folder. Unfortunately, with how Quest compiles its stuff, they can't be properly organized. You don't need to download them to play with the aslx file, but of course, you won't be able to hear the sounds.
- The Decrepit Tower has been added to the northern part of the Mystical Glade. There are no scenes here yet, just a small puzzle; this area will house a new character that I plan to implement sometime after I finish Cho and complete a few more Pizza Smut scenes. You can get a peek at him, but that’s all for now.
- Fixed a bug with the content warnings. (Thanks to Fela for pointing this out!)
- A small gender typo was fixed in Nolow’s oral vore scene. (Thanks to Selicia for pointing this out!)

Thanks for letting me know! I just pushed out a fix for the reformitol issue. The $5 link should definitely include sounds. That note was just to let people know that if they want to play with the $10 source files, they'll need to download the sound files separately from the game file. :3

2020-09-29 22:40:03 +0000 UTCAbsolutely love the update, but I have two small remarks: - In the new scene with cho, he seems to discover the use of reformitol twice if you already have some of your own: once in your own pockets, and the second time after using the den swapper. - The $5 patron link also seems to have the sounds included.

2020-09-29 08:54:47 +0000 UTCDo we have to download all the sounds too, or do they download automatically with the main file?
