Character Insert Contest

Anywho, the next update is on it's way and I'd like to preempt that with a contest of sorts. I have a pizza delivery establishment in the works and I need a manager character to host its activities. Instead of making up a character for this role, I want to hold a contest to insert one of you guys!
Now, since raffles aren't allowed on Patreon, I have to have a metric to judge entries on, and I don't want it to be "lol I like this character more." Thus, my metric is this: I have an idea or two for the sort of personality I want the manager to have, and I'll pick the character who most fits those desired traits. The deal is that I'm not gonna tell you guys what those traits are so that you can't pander! ;3 This'll be like one of those guess-the-number-of-beans contests, eheh.

And here are the details for the position:
- I'd like to work together to hash out the dialogue to make sure the character is as true to you as possible. I'll be doing all the writing, but I'll be confirming with you and editing based on your feedback. I only want to communicate through Telegram or, at worst, Discord. These will be text chats — not voice — so don't worry about that.
- Character will likely not have any vore scenes, but who knows! I don't want to get your hopes up, as this character is intended to only be a guide that facilitates the pizza place activities. You will, however, have plenty of dialogue that will include plenty of teasing.
- Character may be any gender or species.
- You and your character must be 18+.
- A visual reference is not required but I will at least need a description.
- This post is public, but I'd like to keep this contest exclusive to patrons and past-patrons.
- I don't think I have to say so, but you're not gonna be paid for this and you don't have to pay me either.
