December 2021 - Month of the Mirage

RAZBAM has recently pushed yet another update for the Mirage 2000 (again). Let's hope this update will be the last one... because I've been re-writing sections of this document for more than four years. Time flies, doesn't it?
On the bright side, the radar simulation is much better and closer to the real thing... but on the flip side, many functionalities have been re-done from scratch. This means new radar modes, new symbology, new terminology and an overall metric crap-ton of small changes to make throughout the whole guide. There are also cockpit changes and weapon logic differences (mainly for air-to-air weapons)... so I am scrambling to try to get an updated version as soon as possible.
Overall, the difficulty of the task is mitigated by the fact that for once, RAZBAM has provided a great manual that has most of this information available... buried somewhere. Once that's done, I hope to be able to move on to more exciting stuff.
