F/A-18C Hornet Guide Update #5

Eagle Dynamics recently implemented an alignment procedure to the JHMCS. Therefore, I decided to add it to both the start-up procedure and the JHMCS Sensor section. This may be one of the last Hornet guide updates of the sort before I concentrate on other more urgent matters.
Since this addition forced me to re-do most of the bookmarks, I thought... I may as well bit the bullet and add a little something for the AGM-84H SLAM-ER and talk a bit about the radar RAID STT (RAID SAM) mode. This brings the guide's (almost final) page count to over 700. Phew!
