Ka-50 Black Shark Guide Updated!

The Ka-50 guide gathered dust since 2015 and since the cockpit was updated, I thought of providing a much needed to the aging document as well. Page count went from 90+ to 200+. I didn't include everything I wanted, but at some point you have to draw the line somewhere.
