F-14B Tomcat & Mirage 2000C Guides Updated!

The Tomcat and Mirage guides were due for a much needed update, so there it is!
Tomcat Updates:
- Radar Section rework (TWS Man, TWS Auto)
- Armament section improvements for air-to-air missiles
- NAVGRID section added
- Added some Supercarrier-related descriptions
- Takeoff section overhauled to be Supercarrier-compliant
- TID HAFU symbology section improved
- Typo corrections
Mirage Updates:
- Radar section rework
- CCRP logic rework for Mk-82 and GBU-12 bombs
- DO Memory Function added
- Magic II missile search patterns added
- Magic II missile employment procedures updated
- Cockpit description updated
- Typo corrections
