Secret Documents #5: F-16C Viper Guide Start-Up

After a few weeks, the F-16 guide is progressing well. The Early Access aspect of many different systems made my life difficult and I had to cross-check many different information sources to make sure I provide a start-up procedure that is somewhat accurate/plausible.
One of the challenges I had was that there are TONS of online tutorials about all sorts of different F-16 blocks, all sorts of different simulation platforms... all of wildly varying levels of accuracy and quality. Consolidating all this information proved to be a bit more involved than I initially anticipated. I also tried to add the (very optional) Operational Checks at the end of the start-up section in order to not force the reader to skip 7-8 pages. If you think the flow can be improved or if you see that I forgot something important, please let me know.
