AV-8B Harrier Guide Updated!

I'm just letting you know that the Harrier guide has been updated with the GBU-38 JDAM procedures. They may be subject to change and bugfixing (TOO mode is a bit buggy) eventually. As always, what I thought would take a few minutes ended up taking a few hours, racking my brains on how RAZBAM implemented this "new" JDAM that differs from the one available for the Hornet. The new system is quite effective, try it out!
I have also added bookmarks, which were long overdue for a document this size.

It will come back once I have time to rework the sensors and weapons sections, which are monumental tasks.
